Privacy policy
Plain-language summary of what this site collects and why.

Effective September 2026. This policy covers 7740.ca, an independent real estate information site published by Sean Phillips, REALTOR®, Coldwell Banker Executives Realty, Vernon, BC. It is written to meet the federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).
What we collect
Only what you type into a form:
- Listing alerts: name, email, optional phone, price range, property type and timeline.
- Home value request: unit number, bedrooms, condition, timeline, name, email, optional phone and any message.
- Due diligence kit: first name and email.
- Contact form: name, email, optional phone, interest and message.
The calculators run entirely in your browser. The numbers you enter in them are not sent to us or stored.
This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not load third-party tracking scripts.
Why we collect it
To do what you asked: send listing alerts, prepare an opinion of value, send the guide, or reply to your message; and to follow up with you about real estate. By submitting a form, you consent to that use. We do not sell or rent your information.
Who processes it
Form submissions are delivered through Formspree, a form-processing service that acts as our processor and may store data outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to the laws of that country. Submissions are then kept in Sean's email and client records. As a licensee, Sean may also be required to keep certain records under BC real estate rules.
How long we keep it
Only as long as needed for the purpose you gave it to us, or as required by law. Ask us to delete it at any time.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from alerts with the link in any email, or by asking.
- Ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you.
- Withdraw consent at any time, subject to legal requirements.
